The first week of my Senior year has already flown by! I have been looking forward to Senior year ever since I was a little ankle-bitter in elementary, but now that it has finally arrived all wanna do is slow it down.
My first week was Great, other then a few glitches. I am really pleased with my schedule. The only things I would change about it, is switch my 5th period Anatomy & Physiology class to 7th period, and hope the office can fix Murse's schedule to where he will have a 5th period Pharmacy Tech Class. I would also switch my A lunch for B lunch, because all my friends are in there. My P. Tech class has hit a rough patch. Our Instructor quit after the first day, so now Murse is going to take over the curriculum. On top of juggling all my classes and making sure I finish my assignments for each class in a timely manner: I have a part time job, a Show Breeding Heifer, and I am the president of my Schools FFA chapter.
My long term goal for Senior Year would be to, become a better student outside of the classroom. I have a bad habit of procrastination. By the end of the year I would hope to achieve better study habits and terminate my procrastination. My plan after Senior year, is to attend Tyler Junior College for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Tyler offers other really good college accredited health profession programs! As a matter of fact, TJC was one of the leading health profession school back in WWI! Also, I have a little family legacy there. Both my grandparents attended TJC, My Grand Dad played football and my Grand Mother, was a Apache Bell. I am showing breeding heifers for scholorship money as well as FFA chapter officer and involvement and a number of CDE's & LDE's. I will be also applying to UMHB and Tarleton.
Also, this week I am dealing with the absence my favorite teacher. Dr. FLorez was like my second mom. I think the absoulte world of her, and I just really missing her.
